The Kodak Medalist was developed as WW II began and used by troops throughout the war. A unique design, both inside and out. The Ektar lens is extremely sharp. Its requires attention to certain details in loading and use. Easily becomes an everyday shooter, believe it or not.
I do full overhauls on these cameras- rangefinder cleaning and alignment, wind system cleaning and adjustment, shutter overhauls, etc.
I also convert them to take 120 spools. This involves disassembling the camera completely, modifying the film chambers and the wind system. In reassembly the camera is given a full overhaul and adjustment.
